The new hurricane tracking site Stormpulse features nice interactive infographic maps with pan and zoom, and optional features such as historical tracks and different forecast models.  Though it currently tracks only Atlantic hurricanes, they claim they will add Pacific coverage in the offseason.

Other useful cyclone tracking sites: National Weather Service’s National Hurricane Center (for Atlantic and Eastern Pacific storms) and Central Pacific Hurricane Center; The U.S. Navy’s Joint Typhoon Warning Center .  The Central Pacific Hurricane Center site also provides links to other regional tropical cyclone centers worldwide.
